Linda’s warm, authentic, and professional approach to helping people is rooted in the belief that equality, diversity, and inclusivity are fundamental principles in promoting well-being. She recognises the intricate tapestry of human identities, understanding that each individual is shaped not by one dimension but by the convergence of various social factors. The lens through which she views the world, enables her to appreciate the complexities of power dynamics and the unique experiences of each person with whom she works. She strives to provide a safe and affirming space where diverse identities can be explored and valued. Furthermore, underpinning her work is a biopsychosocial holistic framework that recognises that well-being is intricately connected to our biology, psychology, social interactions, and the quest for meaning and purpose in life.

This unique blend of perspectives allows Linda to offer a warm, authentic, and deeply compassionate approach to psychology as she partners with you to achieve your goals and foster positive change. She is committed to understanding and honouring each person's personal narrative and experiences and guiding them towards well-being through evidence-based practices that encompass the richness of their lives. Linda’s integrative approach draws from a range of evidence-based strategies, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego State therapies, Schema Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Psychoeducation and Skills Training.

Outside of her clinical work, Linda is an avid reader and writer, finding solace and inspiration in the written word. She also enjoys the invigorating freedom of cycling and beach walks, often accompanied by her beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Gracie.
